饮食文化是跨文化交际的一个重要方面,中国菜肴以其特别的取材、精良的烹饪技艺和丰富的口味形成独特的饮食文化,成为我国对外交流的重要窗口。河北省保定的直隶官府菜,已被列入河北省首批非物质文化遗产。如何在跨文化视角下,促进河北饮食文化对外传播,对外传播中菜名英译应该遵循哪些原则和方法是本文的重点所在。
Food culture is an important aspect of intercultural communication. Chinese cuisine, with its special ingredients, sophisticated cooking skills and rich flavors, has formed a unique food culture and has become an important window for China’s foreign exchange. Hebei Province Baoding Zhili government cuisine, has been included in Hebei Province, the first batch of intangible cultural heritage. How to promote the spread of Hebei food culture from the perspective of interculturalism and what principles and methods should be followed in the translation of Chinese names into English should be the focus of this article.
