青蛤Cyclina sinensis(Gmelin)营养丰富,美味可口,维生素含量较高,深受人们喜爱。贝壳可做中药,具有清热、化痰、软坚、散结、制酸、止痛等功能。多年来由于滥采酷捕,自然资源日益衰退,为保持青蛤资源的可持续利用,必须对现有的资源加以保护,开展人工育苗和养殖,增加青蛤产量。
