模糊PID控制策略在步进电机定位系统中的应用

采用模糊(Fuzzy)PID控制策略,实现了以步进电机为执行机构的精确定位系统的软硬件设计.系统控制参数的选择,可根据不同的偏差要求,运用模糊PID控制策略来确定,从而提高系统的整体性能.运用软件代替环形脉冲分配器,通过单片机精确控制细分驱动信号的产生,采用加减速控制以提高步进电机的响应速度,引入光电耦合电路组成闭环控制系统,从而形成节能、高效的步进电机驱动方案.实验结果表明系统性能达到设计要求. The fuzzy PID control strategy is adopted to realize the hardware and software design of the precise positioning system with stepper motor as actuator.The selection of system control parameters can be determined by fuzzy PID control strategy according to different deviation requirements so as to improve The whole performance of the system is analyzed.Using software instead of the ring pulse distributor, the subdivision drive signal is precisely controlled by the singlechip, the acceleration and deceleration control is adopted to improve the response speed of the stepper motor, the optocoupler circuit is introduced to form a closed loop control system, Efficient stepper motor drive program.The experimental results show that the system performance to meet the design requirements.
