A retail store is located in a suburb of a municipality directly under the central government, the store area of 4000 square meters. The suburb has 850,000 people (including rural population); urban population is about 200,000. GDP is about 32 billion yuan. Gome, Suning have stores, the formation of shopping district. The store from the shopping district about 20 minutes walk. The company sold nearly 80 million yuan in 2006 (of which 54.73 million yuan retail), the basic no profit. Under such circumstances, the retail store expects to reverse the business situation through information technology and product sales.
