在用组合钢模板支设墙板模板时,都按组合设计布置穿墙螺栓。安装穿墙螺栓必须在钢模板上钻孔,施工完毕后再把孔补焊磨平,以备再用,这是组合钢模的常规施工方法。但这种方法影响钢模板的使用寿命,由于多次钻孔、补焊、整平,变形越来越大,最后超过规范要求,只得报废。按规定周转次数不得少于50次的钢模只周转几次或十几次就提前报废了,造成很大浪费。我们在工程实践中是按以下方法做到穿墙螺栓不穿钢模的: 在墙板支模时,模板底面都用水泥砂浆
