本研究针对90mm厚度Ti-6Al-4V板材进行了不同的热处理实验,此比了采用780℃的热处理制度和采用940℃+750℃的双重退火热处理制度进行对比分析,不同的热处理制度对于90mm厚板Ti-6Al-4V组织性能的影响。实验结果表明,采用双重退火能够令组织更加均匀化,表层与中心层组织差异更小,反映在力学性能上表现为其高向拉伸试样的延伸率更高。但940℃+750℃的双重退火热处理的力学性能强度较780℃的热处理偏低,主要是由于晶粒长大的原因。
In this study, different heat treatment experiments were carried out on 90mm-thick Ti-6Al-4V plates, which were compared with the heat treatment at 780 ℃ and the double annealing at 940 ℃ + 750 ℃. Effect of Ti-6Al-4V on microstructure and properties. The experimental results show that the use of double annealing can make the organization more uniform, the difference between the surface layer and the center layer is smaller, reflecting the mechanical properties of its high tensile specimens with higher elongation. However, the mechanical strength of the double annealing at 940 ℃ and 750 ℃ is lower than that at 780 ℃, which is mainly attributed to the grain growth.
