采用聚丙烯酰胺等电聚焦技术,比较研究了嗜人按蚊不同发育期糖、脂、蛋白质和酯酶同工酶电泳图谱。结果显示:糖、脂、蛋白质和酯酶同工酶显带以幼虫期最多,分别为20、10、38和18条;其次为蛹(17、8、29、18)和成虫(18、6、30、13);而卵显带最少(16、3、30、10)。除卵外,它们的共同主带等电点分别约为5.28、5.38、5.60和5.70。此外,酯酶同工酶各发育期比其它几项指标变化较大。
Polyacrylamide isoelectric focusing technique was used to compare the electrophoresis patterns of sugar, fat, protein and esterase isoenzyme in different developing stages of Anopheles anthropophagus. The results showed that the larval stages of sugars, lipids, proteins and esterase isozymes were the largest with 20, 10, 38 and 18 bands, followed by pupae (17,8,29,18) and adult , 30,13); and egg band with the least (16,3,30,10). In addition to their eggs, their co-dominant isoelectric points are about 5.28, 5.38, 5.60 and 5.70, respectively. In addition, the development of esterase isoenzymes than other several indicators of changes.
