从调车机车牵引电动机的齿轮军与调车机车的下部限界的关系出发,分析了25t轴重调车机车采用ZQDR-410型(以下称410型)、ZD109A型等牵引电动机时存在的问题,提出了ZD110改进型的牵引电动机新方案。理论计算表明,这种新型电机不但能满足25t轴重调车机车对牵引力争性能的要求,而且还能较好地解决调车机车过机械化驼峰时存在的问题。可作为今后调车机车的专用牵引电动机。
Based on the relationship between the gear motor of the shunting locomotive traction motor and the lower limit of the shunting locomotive, the existing problems of the 25t axle shifter locomotive adopting the traction motors ZQDR-410 (hereinafter referred to as 410) and ZD109A are analyzed. Proposed ZD110 improved traction motor new program.
