引领广大班主任开展以回顾反思为主的叙事研究,是当前班主任培训的重要方法和手段。来自班级管理一线的鲜活案例,不仅是最具实践意义和操作性能的课程资源,而且能带动和促进各地的研究性培训。为配合班主任培训工作的开展,我们从2008年“全省中小学班主任优秀工作案例”征文中选择了部分获奖作品,以专辑的形式刊发。这些优秀作品,围绕“班集体建设与管理”的活动主题,从不同的角度入手,讲述了曲折生动的教育故事,展示了先进的管理理念和高超的管理艺术,希望能对班主任老师有所启迪。
