笔者在阅读了化工部制订的《化工仪表维护检修规程》(HGJ1079—79)中第一篇第六章第四节61条后,根据自己在工厂中的实践,认为在采用气动仪表的串级调节系统中,把付线板安装在主、付调节仪表之后,使系统具有更大的优点,即能实现快速、无扰动切换。一、原设计系统中存在的问题及分析反应—再生系统是催化裂化装置的核心部分。而一次风流量的控制是关键,为此设计了反应器压力—一次风流量串级调节系统。该系统仪表的使用质量直接影响反应器和再生器的生产效果。由于原设计中付线板的安装位置存在严重缺陷,原理见图1。造
