近年来,党员干部的违法违纪行为屡禁不止,仅2013年中央派出的第二轮巡视,就在8个巡视点查处了12759人,如此严重的违法违纪背后,体现了广大党员干部党性的缺失,个人修养的欠缺。笔者试图从哲学的角度,运用伊壁鸠鲁和杰里米·边沁的快乐理论,来探讨能否让广大党员干部认识到快乐的真谛,真正提升自身的快乐指数,在快乐的人生中拥有一种较高层次的党性修养水平,完善其人格。
