本文根据热力学原理,提出一个测定往复式注水泵指示效率的新方法。这种方法避免了传统方法中对扭矩和流量的测量,从而简化了设备和提高测量精度。本法不仅适用于工厂和科研单位,也适用于现场。根据指示效率的变化情况,为合理判断是否应该进行检修泵提供依据,并为设计、科研人员评价液力端过流零件的性能提供资料。本法可推广应用于任何以水为介质的往复泵,或近似应用于其它工作介质的热力学性质与水相似的其它往复泵,如泥浆泵、压裂泵和某些化工泵等。
Based on the principle of thermodynamics, this paper presents a new method of determining the efficiency of reciprocating water injection pumps. This method avoids the traditional method of torque and flow measurement, thus simplifying the equipment and improve measurement accuracy. This Law applies not only to factories and research institutes, but also to the site. According to the indicated change of efficiency, it provides a basis for judging whether the pump should be overhauled or not, and provides information for the design and scientific researchers to evaluate the performance of the fluid overcurrent components. This Law can be extended to apply to any water-based reciprocating pump or other reciprocating pump with similar thermodynamic properties to water such as mud pumps, fracturing pumps, and some chemical pumps that have similar application to other working media.
