在合成氨生产中,氨基乙酸无毒催化法脱除CO_2新工艺应用日益广泛。再生度及总碱度是氨基乙酸脱碳溶液的最主要的控制指标。现在,普遍使用气量法测定溶液中CO_2发生量,并据气压、温度换算为标准状况发生量。再用中和法测定总碱度。再根据标准状况发生量和溶液的总碱度计算CO_2和K_2O的克分子比(即再生度)。我们采用酸碱滴定的方法一次直接测定再生度和总碱度。省去气量法的测定方法较简便快速。曾用本法与气量法进行比较,结果一致。从再生度为M_(co2)/M_(k2o)的定义出发,用中和法测定样液中
