天津市焊接研究所成立于1965年,直属天津市机械局。1981年12月接受市机械局、市劳动局直接委托(有文件)成立焊工培训和考试机构,并建设实体。1987年6月10日正式建成《教育中心》。目前,已通过国家机电部、中国焊协培训委员会正式验收,成为天津市第一家得到中国焊协认可的焊接培训中心站(有关验收评审会的报导见中国技术市场报1989年9月28日)。评审会从体制、师资力量、培训质量、设施等四个方面,按16个条款40个项目的要求,逐项进行了细致的检查,现场验收证实:天津市焊接研究所焊接技术教育中心已具备了从培训、考试到证件发放全过程管理的职能,有市劳动局批准的考委会,教务主任、师资资格符合《条例》要求,配备了能够进行手工电弧焊、埋弧自
Tianjin Welding Institute was established in 1965, directly under the Tianjin Machinery Bureau. December 1981 to accept the Municipal Machinery Bureau, Municipal Labor Bureau directly commissioned (with documents) to set up welder training and examination bodies, and the construction of entities.
