2015年7月31日省十二届人大常委会第十九次会议通过了《广东省食品生产加工小作坊和食品摊贩管理条例》,自2015年10月1日起施行。条例获全票通过,说明条例充分吸收采纳了各方面的意见,凝聚了社会共识,得到了各方面高度认可。民以食为天,食以安为先。食品安全问题事关人民群众的身体健康和生命安全,是关系到人民福祉的一项重要民生工作。条例的制定,一是贯彻上位法的需要。国家食品安全法要求省级人大常委会要制定食品小作坊和食品摊贩的
July 31, 2015 The 19th Session of the 12th National People’s Congress Standing Committee passed the “Regulations on the Administration of Small Workshop for Food Production and Processing and Food Vendors in Guangdong Province”, which came into force on October 1, 2015.
