2009年5月26～27日,由中国热带农业科学院和中国植物病理学会联合举办的香蕉枯萎病致病机理和防控策略学术研讨会在海南海口举行。近百名来自美国普渡大学、Damforth植物研究中心以及海南、福建、广东等省的代表参加了会议。
May 26 ~ 27, 2009, the symposium on pathogenic mechanism and control strategy of banana wilt disease jointly organized by the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences and the Chinese Society of Plant Pathology was held in Haikou, Hainan Province. Nearly 100 representatives from Purdue University, Damforth Plant Research Center and Hainan, Fujian and Guangdong provinces attended the conference.
