目的 :调查并分析临床护理中带教老师在教学方面的能力。方法 :在本院随机选取100名临床护理带教老师展开相关调查,均为大专以上学历,其带教的人员有护士以及护士长等。结果 :经过调查临床护理中带教老师具备教学的能力,结果显示他们平均分数约为3.87分(将满分设为5.00分),在指导能力方面分数最高的是4.24分,其示教或讲授临床小课的能力最低分数是3.59分。其它分数几乎维持在3.72~3.89间,其次是调动护理者学习主动性的能力或备课能力和个人素养以及教学评价、反馈能力等。结论 :在临床护理中带教老师整体教学能力呈现出中等水平,因此需要在日后进行加强。特别是应该重视培养护理者在评判思维、教学科研、心理学的理论水平、备课、教学的测评与设计、教学工具的选取、教学方法的运用等能力,应该将这些作为培训工作的重点内容。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the teaching ability of teaching teachers in clinical nursing. Methods: A total of 100 college nursing teachers were randomly selected from our hospital. All of them were college educated, and their teaching staff were nurses and nurses. Results: After investigating teaching staff in clinical nursing, teachers showed that their average score was 3.87 (out of 5.00) and 4.24 in guidance capacity, which taught or taught clinical The minimum ability of a small lesson is 3.59 points. Other scores remained at 3.72 ~ 3.89, followed by the ability to mobilize caregivers to learn initiative or preparing lessons and personal qualities as well as teaching evaluation, feedback and so on. Conclusion: The overall teaching ability of teaching teachers in clinical nursing shows a medium level, and therefore needs to be strengthened in the future. In particular, care should be taken to develop the ability of nursing staff in the fields of critical thinking, teaching and research, theoretical psychology, preparation of lessons, evaluation and design of teaching, selection of teaching tools, and use of teaching methods. These should be the focus of training.
