本文较详细地介绍了复合管的结构、金属骨架和非金属玻璃纤维增强骨架等生产工艺、质量控制及其优点,同时还介绍了这些复合管的施工技术,其中包括复合管的包装、搬运、挖沟、管道和管件的连接、管道与管件止推锚固法、回填(包括夯实)、试压等施工标准以及验收规范。针对国内钢管腐蚀严重的状况,指出以复合管代替钢管的重要性。这种复合管道主要适用于油气输送,管道不用内外防腐,保证30年设计寿命,一次投资,长期使用,能给企业带来巨大的经济效益。
This paper introduces in detail the production process, quality control and the advantages of the composite pipe structure, the metal skeleton and the non-metallic glass fiber reinforced skeleton, as well as the construction techniques of the composite pipes, including the packaging, handling, Trenching, connection of pipes and fittings, thrust and anchorage of pipes and fittings, backfill (including compaction), pressure test and other construction standards and acceptance criteria. In view of the severe corrosion of domestic steel pipe, the importance of replacing the steel pipe with composite pipe is pointed out.
