随着社会经济、科学文化的发展,社会对人才的需要不断提高,进而中学地理教学目的也不断变化。建国以来,我国教育部曾于1956年、1963年、1978年、1986年先后多次制订中学地理教学大纲,1988年国家教委又颁布了九年制义务教育《全日制初级中学地理教学大纲》(初审稿),并于1991年底对此又进行了修订。在我国各个不同的发展时期,教学大纲根据当时的情况,确定了不同的教学目的。
With the development of social economy, science and culture, the demand for talents in the society is continuously increasing, and the purpose of geography teaching in middle schools is also changing. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China has formulated geography teaching syllabuses for secondary schools in 1956, 1963, 1978, and 1986. In 1988, the State Education Commission promulgated the nine-year compulsory education “The Geography Syllabus for Full-time Junior Middle Schools” ( The preliminary review draft was revised at the end of 1991. In various development stages of our country, the syllabus determined different teaching objectives according to the circumstances at that time.
