为缓解工程建设与土地资源之间的矛盾,现在高层建筑工程地下空间已经成为设计施工要点,因此出现更多地下室项目。因为地下室所处环境特殊,与其他结构相比,其更容易受到外部因素的干扰,出现渗漏水、开裂等质量问题,必须要加强对其的设计,保证结构科学性,不仅要满足基础功能需求,同时还要减少后期质量病害的产生。文章结合地下室特点,对其结构设计要点进行了重要分析。
