本文应用白细胞致热原(LP)复制家兔发热模型,并针刺其相当于“督脉经”上的三个不同部位降热时,测定家兔脑脊液(c.s.f)中环核苷酸含量,实验结果发现:LP性发热家免c.s.f中cAMP含量明显高于正常对照组(正常对照组cAMP含量为18.60±1.56 pmol/ml,LP组为25.30±1.14pmol/mlP<0.01),cGMP含量则低于空白对照组(空白对照组值为14.10±1.33pmol/ml)LP组值为8.95±0.72pmol/mlP<0.05)。三个针刺“穴位”LP组针刺后体温高度明显受抑制,其c.s.f中cAMP禽量亦明显低于LP组(LP组cAMP含量25.3)±1.14 pmol/ml,三个针刺“穴位”LP组cAMP含量分别为15.00±1.37;17.31±2.27;和16.09±1.35pmol/ml);cGMP含量则高于LP组(LP组cGMP含量为8.95±0.72pmol/ml,三个针刺“穴位”LP组cGMP含量分别为:14.68±0.86;13.93±0.83和16.70±1.95pmol/ml)。表明针刺“督脉经”上三个部位均有明显降热作用,但针刺“封穴”LP组,针刺“穴位”正常组及针刺“非穴”LP组均未发现有抑制体温升高的作用,对c.s.f环核苷酸含量亦无明显影响。我们推理;针刺发热家兔的三个不同部位降热效应机制,可能是针刺该部位的神经解剖装置发出冲动并可能通过神经传至中枢并使环核苷酸含量变化,从而达到降热目的的。
In this paper, we used the leukocyte pyrogen (LP) to reproduce the rabbit fever model, and measured the cyclic nucleotide content of the rabbit cerebrospinal fluid (csf) by acupuncturing the three different sites on the Du Meridian.
