城市交通是碳排放的主要途径,发展低碳交通已成为世界各国关注的焦点。文章通过对近十年来天津交通碳排放状况的分析,提出了城市人口的快速增长,公共交通利用率较低,道路网络系统不健全以及私家车保有量不断增长是天津交通低碳发展所面临的最大挑战。因此,天津构建低碳交通体系首先应合理规划城市空间布局以有效调控交通需求结构,然后是大力发展城市公共交通优化交通出行结构,还有就是建立一系列法律法规完善城市交通管理结构。此外,政府还应通过对新技术新能源的开发与应用来调整城市交通的能源结构,以减少城市交通化石能源的消耗。
Urban transport is the main way of carbon emissions, and the development of low-carbon transport has become the focus of attention of all countries in the world. By analyzing the transportation carbon emissions in Tianjin in the recent ten years, the article puts forward the rapid growth of urban population, the low utilization rate of public transportation, the unsound road network system and the increasing number of private cars, which are all facing the low-carbon transport development in Tianjin The biggest challenge. Therefore, to build a low-carbon transport system in Tianjin, we should first plan the layout of the urban space to effectively regulate the traffic demand structure, and then develop the urban public transport to optimize the transport structure. There is also a series of laws and regulations to improve the urban transport management structure. In addition, the government should adjust the energy structure of urban transport through the development and application of new technologies and new energy to reduce the consumption of fossil energy in urban transport.
