目的测定金线莲中六六六(BHC)和滴滴涕的残留情况。方法采用气相色谱法(GC)对金线莲中BHC(α-BHC、β-BHC、γ-BHC、δ-BHC)、滴滴涕(PP′-DDE、PP′-DDD、OP′-DDT、PP′-DDT)8种有机氯类农药残留的限量检测。结果 BHC、滴滴涕标准工作曲线的线性良好,相关系数0.998 8~0.999 7,平均回收率95.4%~98.9%,RSD为1.00%~2.98%。检出限为0.005 3~0.021μg/L。测定结果显示:β-BHC为0.000 9 mg/kg(其中α-BHC、γ-BHC、δ-BHC、PP’-DDE、OP’-DDT、PP’-DDD、PP’-DDT未检出)。结论该方法具有较高的灵敏度和线性范围,测定结果准确可靠,科学可行,可用于金线莲中BHC和滴滴涕农药残留的质量监控。
Objective To determine the residues of BHC and DDT in A. glabra. Methods The contents of BHC (α-BHC, β-BHC, γ-BHC, δ-BHC), PP’-DDE, PP’-DDD, OP’-DDT, PP ’-DDT) Limit testing of 8 organochlorine pesticide residues. Results The calibration curves of BHC and DDT were linear. The correlation coefficient was 0.998 8 ~ 0.999 7, the average recovery was 95.4% ~ 98.9% and the RSD was 1.00% ~ 2.98%. The detection limit was 0.005 3 ~ 0.021 μg / L. The results showed that β-BHC was 0.000 9 mg / kg (α-BHC, γ-BHC, δ-BHC, PP’-DDE, OP’-DDT, PP’-DDD and PP’-DDT were not detected) . Conclusion The method has high sensitivity and linear range. The determination results are accurate and reliable, scientifically feasible and can be used for the quality control of BHC and DDT pesticide residue in.
