本文对低温下激光与ＰＣ型ＨｇＣｄＴｅ在激光照射后将产生的记忆效应进行了研究。根据本文提出的激光诱导激子的物理模型，得到了ＰＣ型ＨｇＣｄＴｅ在激光作用时电导率下降是激子对载流子散射的结论。理论计算结果与实验结果基本一致
In this paper, the memory effect of laser and PC-type HgCdTe at low temperature after laser irradiation is studied. According to the physical model of laser-induced exciton proposed in this paper, we get the conclusion that the decrease of conductivity of PC-type HgCdTe under laser action is the exciton-carrier scattering. The theoretical calculation results are basically consistent with the experimental results
