目的探讨帕金森氏病(parkinson disease,PD)患者血小板5-羟色胺(5-hy-droxytryptamine,5-HT)浓度的价值。方法采用高效液相色谱法检测35例PD患者血小板5-HT浓度,并与30例正常对照组的测定结果相比较。结果PD患者血小板5-HT浓度明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),并且在高龄、病情重和抑郁患者的血小板5-HT浓度降低更为显著(P<0.05)。结论血小板5-HT浓度的降低与PD的发病以及病情的进展密切相关,早期纠正PD患者血小板5-HT浓度异常具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the value of 5-hy-droxytryptamine (5-HT) in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD). Methods The platelet 5-HT concentrations in 35 patients with PD were measured by HPLC, and compared with the results of 30 normal controls. Results The platelet 5-HT concentration in PD patients was significantly lower than that in the normal control group (P <0.05). The platelet 5-HT concentration in PD patients was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The decrease of platelet 5-HT concentration is closely related to the onset of PD and the progress of the disease. It is important to correct the abnormal platelet 5-HT concentration in PD patients in the early stage.
