在确定的最佳工艺条件下,通过L-抗坏血酸与多聚磷酸盐的酯化反应,合成较高收率(85%以上)的L-抗坏血酸2-三聚磷酸酯(AsTP)。在常温、高温及低温条件下,AsTP具有极高的稳定性。罗非鱼、虹鳟的饲喂试验表明,AsTP具有显著的促生长作用,能明显提高饲料转化率,同时能明显提高对虾的成活率及增重率。
Under the optimal process conditions, L-ascorbic acid 2-tripolyphosphate (AsTP) was synthesized at high yield (85%) by esterification of L-ascorbic acid and polyphosphate. AsTP has very high stability at room temperature, high temperature and low temperature. Tilapia and rainbow trout feeding experiments showed that AsTP has a significant role in promoting growth, can significantly improve the feed conversion rate, while significantly increasing the survival rate of shrimp and weight gain rate.
