探讨了有效微生物(EM)对甜玉米离体叶片气孔开闭的影响。EM处理使失水胁迫引起气孔完全关闭所需时间延长;从失水胁迫开始至水分损失总失水量的63%所需时间缩短,而其余水分损失殆尽所需时间延长。另一方面,EM处理使引起气孔关闭时的蒸腾速率值降低,离体胁迫引起气孔开始关闭所需时间及完全关闭所需时间延长;气孔关闭前后的蒸腾速率下降减慢。结果表明,EM制剂调节气孔机能的作用,有利于正常生态条件下光合作用的进行和逆境下的自我保护。
The effect of effective microorganism (EM) on stomatal opening of sweet corn leaves was discussed. The time required for EM treatment to cause complete stomatal closure due to loss of water stress was extended; the time required from the onset of water stress to 63% of the total water loss was reduced, while the time required for the rest of the water loss was extended. On the other hand, EM treatment reduced the transpiration rate caused by stomatal closure, prolonged the time it takes for stomatal closure to begin closing and the time required for complete closure after exogenous stress, and the transpiration rate slowed down before and after stomatal closure. The results showed that the effect of the EM preparation on regulating stomatal function was conducive to the photosynthesis under normal ecological conditions and self-protection under adverse conditions.
