随着工作和生活节奏的明显加快和新型的劳动用工和分配机制格局的出现,职工的生活和工作压力增大,职工的思想观念、价值取向面临巨大冲击,导致各种心理障碍和精神疾病随之增加,引发的不稳定因素也日显突出。对此,浙江平湖各级工会组织通过心理疏导,缓解职工的心理压力、促进心理健康、实现心理和谐,已经成为建设和谐企业的新途径。
