在分析抗磨剂分子结构的基础上,用水溶性的硫代磷酸与烯酸加成合成了一类新结构的水溶性极压抗磨添加剂,它们含有硫、磷活性元素和长碳链,水溶性分子链以及强吸附能力的羧基.讨论了它们的合成条件.试验结果表明:此类结构的水溶性抗磨剂具有好的极压、抗磨性能;对其它水基介质有好的适应性,配成的溶液稳定,防腐蚀性能符合国标GB-6144-85,可广泛用作水基润滑液的抗磨添加剂.
Based on the analysis of molecular structure of anti-wear agent, a new class of water-soluble extreme pressure and anti-wear additives were synthesized by water-soluble thiophosphoric acid and enolic acid. They contain sulfur and phosphorus active elements and long carbon chains, Molecular chains and strong adsorption of carboxyl. Their synthesis conditions are discussed. The test results show that the water-soluble anti-wear agent of this kind of structure has good extreme pressure and anti-wear performance, good adaptability to other water-based media, stable and anticorrosive solution complying with GB-6144-85 , Can be widely used as water-based lubricating fluid anti-wear additives.
