高丽参口服液急性毒性实验，小鼠经灌胃给药最大耐受量为３０ｇ／ｋｇ体重，腹腔注射给药的ＬＤ５０为（１２９±１．５）ｇ／ｋｇ体重，大鼠长期毒性实验分别灌胃给药４．０ｇ／ｋｇ、２．０ｇ／ｋｇ和１．０ｇ／ｋｇ体重，对照组给予等容积蒸馏水，连续４周，各组无动物死亡，各项指标检查正常，病理报告高剂量组有３只动物部分肝细胞胞浆疏松化和气球样变性，中、低剂量组无明显改变，高剂量组存活动物于停药１０ｄ后，病理检查正常．
