本文以静电处理条件下的紫穗槐、刺槐、沙棘播种苗为研究对象,从种子活力,年高生长节奏性,根、茎、叶和单株生物量诸方面进行了调查分析。结果表明:在+220kV·m~(-1)×10min,-220kV·m~(-1)×10min的静电处理条件下,3种苗木种子活力可提高8%~70.2%,高生长提高0.24%~45.11%,根、茎、叶的生物量均明显地高于对照,且负处理优于正处理,表现出明显的生物效应。从而为提高苗木单位面积产量和质量探索出一条新的途径。
In this paper, Amorpha fruticosa, Robinia pseudoacacia and seabuckthorn sown seedlings under electrostatic treatment conditions were studied, and the seed vigor, height growth rhythms, root, stem, leaf and plant biomass were investigated. The results showed that under the conditions of + 220kV · m ~ (-1) × 10min and -220kV · m ~ (-1) × 10min, the seed vigor of three seedlings could be increased by 8% ~ 70.2% and the growth by 0.24 % ~ 45.11%. The biomass of roots, stems and leaves were significantly higher than that of the control, and negative treatment was better than the positive treatment, showing obvious biological effects. In order to improve seedling yield per unit area and explore a new way.
