针对不同立辊锥角的H型钢万能轧制过程 ,采用三维弹塑性有限元法进行了模拟 ,分析了不同锥角情况下翼缘的变形特点和水平辊轧制力的变化。在H型钢三机架可逆连轧机组上进行了实验研究 ,从试件轧制前后的横断面网格上可以得到金属流动的详细信息。实验与计算结果吻合较好。
The H-beam universal rolling process with different vertical cone angles was simulated by the three-dimensional elasto-plastic finite element method. The deformation characteristics of the flanges and the horizontal rolling force were analyzed under different cone angles. The experimental research on the H-beam three-stand reversing rolling mill unit is carried out. The details of the metal flow can be obtained from the cross-section grids before and after rolling. The experimental results agree well with the results.
