5MW低温核供热试验堆(5MW THR)是我们自行研究发展的一种具有固有安全性的先进堆型。它也是世界上第一座投入运行的壳式供热堆。5MW THR于1989年11月建成并投入运行,到目前已完成三个冬季的供暖,总运行时数已达8174小时,供热可利用率达到99%。通过各种实验研究了5MW THR的功率调节特性,负荷跟随特性,反应性扰动特性,以及在ATWS事故时反应堆各种参数的变化规律。三年来的运行实践充分验证了5MW THR的一系列先进技术特点。5MW THR是性能优异的理想供热堆型。
The 5MW THR (5MW THR) is an advanced and inherently safe reactor that we have developed on our own. It is also the first shell heat reactor in operation in the world. The 5MW THR was completed and put into operation in November 1989 and has completed three winter heatings with a total operating hours of 8174 hours and a heat utilization rate of 99%. Through various experiments, the power regulation characteristic, load follow characteristic and reactivity perturbation characteristic of 5MW THR were studied, and the changing rules of reactor parameters in ATWS accident were also studied. Three years of operational practice has fully validated a series of 5MW THR advanced technology features. 5MW THR is an ideal heating reactor with excellent performance.
