目的:比较4种常用托盘的印模精度。方法:制备标准模型,按照PFM标准备21牙,采取一次法、两次法分别用狼牌托盘、不锈钢卷边托盘、铝制托盘、塑料托盘取模,计算印模优秀率。结果:一次法及二次法印模中,狼牌托盘及不锈钢卷边托盘优秀率均达到90%以上,与铝制托盘和塑料托盘相比差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。结论:一次法与二次法印模中狼牌托盘及不锈钢卷边托盘对牙冠颈缘复制精度明显优于铝制托盘和塑料托盘。
Objective: To compare the impression accuracy of four commonly used trays. Methods: The standard model was prepared. 21 teeth were prepared according to the PFM standard. One time method and two times method were used respectively to take the model of wollaston tray, stainless steel curling tray, aluminum tray and plastic tray to calculate the excellent rate of impression. Results: In the primary and secondary impression methods, the excellent rate of the wolves tray and the stainless steel curling tray reached more than 90%, which was significantly different from the aluminum tray and the plastic tray (P≤0.05). Conclusion: The primary and secondary impressions of the Wolf plate tray and the stainless steel curling tray on the crown of the crown are better than aluminum tray and plastic tray.
