本实验利用甲基紫精(PQ)诱导的金黄地鼠郏囊急性炎症损害模型,设计、选择超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)防治该模型损害的给药方案,包括给药途径、给药剂量以及给药次数、间隔时间等方面的内容。结果最佳给药方案为:于造模前、后1.5h在地鼠须囊粘膜下注入0.1ml2.5%SOD溶液各1次。SOD最佳给药方案的确定,有利于在合理、节约用药的前提下,获得尽量满意的疗效。
