选择三种不同分子量的甲壳胺并制成油育,以新西兰白兔作为实验动物,组织检查为方法,观察三种不同分子量甲壳胺对伤口愈合促进作用的影响。结果证明甲壳胺分子量越低,对伤口愈合疗效越明显。从伤口愈合角度看,理想的促伤口愈合甲壳胶分子量应小于6000。
Three kinds of chitosan with different molecular weights were selected and made oily. New Zealand white rabbits were used as experimental animals and tissue examination was used as the method to observe the effect of three different molecular weight chitosan on wound healing. The results show that the lower the molecular weight of chitosan, the more obvious effect of wound healing. From the wound healing point of view, the ideal healing wound healing chitin molecular weight should be less than 6000.
