Biochemists at North Carolina State University (UNC) discovered an enzyme that degrades anti-cancer drugs and believes the enzyme will ultimately help improve the design and performance of these drugs. Scientists have observed that this enzyme protein can flow directly through the vapor without any structural change - a complete lack of water-soluble forms.
