文中叙述白银炉的发展过程、现状、存在问题及与国际先进熔炼炉的差距,提出了白银炉的改造方案:在40%~47%富氧熔炼条件下,全床能力由9~11t/m· d提高到 16~22t/m2·d,弃渣含铜由0.55%~1.73%降至0.5%以下,烟气余热利用率由30%~45%提高到> 60%,炉寿命由210~ 280d提高到400d以上;白银炉的监测、控制和分析实现自动化,整体装备水平接近或达到90年代末期国际先进水平.
The article describes the development process, status quo, existing problems and the gap with the international advanced smelting furnace, puts forward the reformation plan of the silver smelter: under the conditions of 40% ~ 47% oxygen enrichment melting, the capacity of the whole bed increases from 9 ~ 11t / m · D increased to 16 ~ 22t / m2 · d, copper content in spoil decreased from 0.55% ~ 1.73% to below 0.5%, and the utilization ratio of residual heat of flue gas increased from 30% ~ 45% to> 60% , Furnace life increased from 210 ~ 280d to 400d above; silver furnace monitoring, control and analysis automation, the overall level of equipment close to or reach the international advanced level of the late 90s.
