目的:通过对我院出院患者进行综合电话回访,了解患者出院后康复情况和病人在住院期间的真实感受。方法:采用电话回访出院患者的形式,有目的、有计划、持续性的对病人出院后进行电话回访。结果:通过出院综合电话回访,为出院后的病人提供恢复期健康指导,帮助出院患者在生理、心理、社会适应能力等方面达到最佳状态,促进社会健康生活方式的形成。结论:开展出院综合电话回访保证了医院优质服务的延续性,使医患关系和谐发展,有利于提高复诊预约率,提高患者满意度,提升医院服务质量和效益。
OBJECTIVE: To conduct a comprehensive telephone interview of discharged patients in our hospital to understand the patients’ recovery after discharge and the true feelings of the patients during the hospitalization. Methods: By telephone, the patients were returned to the hospital for the purpose of recalling the patients in a planned and sustained manner. Results: Through the return of comprehensive telephone calls after discharge, we provided convalescent health guidance for discharged patients and helped discharge patients achieve the best condition in physiology, psychology and social adaptability so as to promote the formation of a healthy social life style. Conclusion: The comprehensive telephone return visit to hospital ensures the continuity of quality service in hospitals and harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship, which helps improve the appointment rate of referral visits, enhance patient satisfaction and enhance the service quality and benefits of hospitals.
