采用北卡罗莱那遗传设计 I(N.C.D.-I),对经过80代混合选择的伊利诺高油系(IHO)与经过2、3代轮回选择的亚里山索综合种(Alexho)的杂交 F_2代群体种子的油分含量等品质性状以及株高、穗长等农艺性状的遗传变异进行了研究。结果表明:本文所研究的各个性状都存在显著的遗传方差,油分含量、蛋白质含量、赖氨酸含量、百粒重等性状的加性遗传方差都明显高于它们的显性方差;油分含量的狭义遗传力为0.39,赖氨酸为0.40,只有蛋白质低于0.30;在10%的假定人选率下,期望油分含量每周期的遗传进度高达0.77%,说明对该新群体提高油分含量的选择将是很有效的。
Based on North Carolina Genetic Design I (NCD-I), the hybrid F_2 generation of the 80-generation mixed selection of Illinois high oil (IHO) and the second and third generation of Cyclocarya spp. (Alexho) Oilseeds content and other quality traits of population seeds as well as genetic variation of plant height, spike length and other agronomic traits were studied.
