探讨了中外合资营利性医院项目前期策划的内容框架,重点研究了中外合资营利性医院项目的环境调查、项目定义和技术策划。结合上海等特大型城市的环境调查,提出了中外合资营利性医院项目建设必须与城市医疗卫生设施总体规划相一致的观点;对医院项目的定位、目标系统进行了研究;结合先进医疗理念、医疗工艺,分析了中外合资营利性医院的技术策划中功能分区、面积分配等内容。
The content framework of pre-planning of Chinese-foreign joint venture profit-seeking hospital project was discussed, and the environmental investigation, project definition and technical planning of Chinese-foreign joint venture profit-making hospital project were mainly studied. Combined with the environmental survey in large cities such as Shanghai, this paper puts forward the viewpoint that the construction of Sino-foreign joint venture profit-making hospitals must be consistent with the overall planning of urban medical and sanitation facilities. The research on the positioning and target system of hospital projects is carried out. Combining advanced medical concepts, Technology, analysis of the Sino-foreign joint venture for profit hospital technical planning in the functional area, area distribution and so on.
