关中—天水经济区(以下简称“关天经济区”)是经国务院批复通过的国家级经济区,其范围包括陕西省的关中平原地区和甘肃省天水地区,共七市一区,该经济区涵盖了装备制造、电子信息、现代农业、生物医药等产业,是我国重要的装备制造业聚集地。目前,关天经济区基础条件较好的军民融合产业主要有航空航天业、汽车制造业以及电子信息设备制造业等。尽管拥有雄厚的军民融合产业基础,但经济区内没有形成成熟的产业集群,所以如何利用区位优势发展军民融合产业集群是我们要思考
Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone (hereinafter referred to as “Guantian Economic Zone”) is a state-level economic zone approved by the State Council and covers a total area of 7 cities and one region, including the Guanzhong Plain in Shaanxi Province and Tianshui in Gansu Province Economic Zone covers equipment manufacturing, electronic information, modern agriculture, bio-medicine and other industries, is China’s important gathering of equipment manufacturing. At present, the civil and military integration industries that have better basic conditions in the Guantian Economic Zone include the aerospace industry, automobile manufacturing industry, and electronic information equipment manufacturing industry. Although there is a solid industrial base for military and civilian integration, there is no mature industrial cluster in the economic zone. Therefore, how to utilize the regional advantages to develop the military-industrial integration cluster is something we should think
