20世纪是大转型的世纪。在这个世纪里,世界经济格局发生了一系列根本性的变化,充满着一系列值得探讨的问题。美国在整个20世纪经济变迁过程中起到了举足轻重的作用,扮演了极其重要的角色。在20世纪的经济变迁中,美国政府的宏观经济政策也发生了重大的转型。笔者认为,美国政府宏观经济政策最显著也最具有对未来影响力的变化,就是美国已经由传统的凯恩斯主义转变为军事凯恩斯主义。本文尝试着分析这种转变,探讨军事凯恩斯主义的根源及其表现形式,剖析军事凯恩斯主义对于未来可能带来的后果。
The 20th century is a century of great transformation. In this century, a series of fundamental changes have taken place in the world economic pattern, full of a series of issues worth exploring. The United States played an important role in the entire economic transformation of the 20th century and played an extremely important role. In the course of economic change in the 20th century, the macroeconomic policies of the U.S. government have also undergone a major transformation. The author believes that the most significant and most influential change in the future macroeconomic policies of the U.S. government is that the United States has been transformed from traditional Keynesianism into military Keynesianism. This article attempts to analyze this shift, to explore the root causes and manifestations of the military Keynesianism and to analyze the possible consequences of the military Keynesian for the future.
