压力性尿失禁(SUI)是妇产科临床常见疾病,超声影像学提供了SUI患者的解剖学或形态学及动态学变化,可清晰地显示静止期及动态期膀胱颈的位置及活动度、膀胱壁厚度、盆底肌肉活动等。彩色多普勒超声及三维超声成像技术的发展与应用,以及超声尿动力学的兴起及应用,为SUI的诊断开辟了广阔前景。综述近年来超声尿动力学在SUI中的应用与发展前景,旨在使超声在SUI的临床诊断和治疗中发挥更大的作用。
Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is a common clinical disease in obstetrics and gynecology. Ultrasound imaging provides anatomic or morphological and dynamic changes in patients with SUI. It can clearly show the position and activity of the bladder neck in the stationary and dynamic phases, Bladder wall thickness, pelvic floor muscle activity and so on. The development and application of color Doppler ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound imaging, and the rise and application of ultrasound and urodynamics have opened up broad prospects for the diagnosis of SUI. To summarize the application and development prospect of ultrasound urodynamics in SUI in recent years, in order to make ultrasound play a greater role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of SUI.
