2003年7月4日,星期五,晴为了买套合适的房子,我和老公浏览了几乎所有网站,咨询了几乎所有朋友,查阅了几乎所有广告,历时近一个月!现在总算选中一套各方面条件都不错的爱巢,今天已经签下了买卖合同。接下来就该去银行跑贷款了。我们选择的是公积金贷款,据说办理手续极其繁琐,看来“革命尚未成功,同志还需努力”。2003年7月7日,星期一,多云听贷款买房的同事说过,现在商业住房贷款基本全由房产律师代理,公积金贷款可以聘请律师也可以自己去办。我咨询了一下,律师费用不菲,每单一般在700～900元。反正我现在休暑假,有时间去领教这个过程,说不定办完后我就成专家了。
