In early March, I was invited to attend a Buddhist cultural event in Southeast Asia. I was fortunate enough to get acquainted with several celebrities from the Buddhist circle, among whom were Tongyong Master, a collector of Chinese artworks. That afternoon, I came to Tong master master. In the shade of the picturesque trees, I saw a gate hung in front of the master with a Chinese-style door engraved with Mr. Zhao Puchu’s handwriting “House of Lu Che Cottage.” Master is already 81 years old this year, his ancestral home is Fujian, he speaks fluent Hokkien dialect, and Chinese mandarin is also remarkably good. Masters are very easy-going, eyes bright, wise and deep, kind and honest, although rarely come to the mainland, but talked about Chinese history, geography, customs and practices, as well as the history of Chinese painting and painting celebrity can actually count the best.
