[目的]观察通心络胶囊联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压的疗效。[方法]原发性高血压194例患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组:治疗组97例,服用通心络胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次;硝苯地平缓释片每次10mg,每日2次。对照组97例,服用硝苯地平缓释片每次10mg,每日2次。记录每日血压变化和自觉症状、不良反应。[结果]治疗组总有效率95.9%,对照组为93.8%,两组比较(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后血压与血脂降低幅度比较(P<0.05或0.01)。[结论]通心络联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压在降压和调脂方面比单用硝苯地平缓释片疗效好。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets in treating essential hypertension. [Methods] One hundred and ninety-four patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment: 97 cases in the treatment group were given Tongxinluo capsule 3 times a day for 3 times daily; nifedipine sustained- , 2 times a day. The control group of 97 cases, taking nifedipine sustained-release tablets each 10mg, 2 times a day. Record daily changes in blood pressure and symptoms, adverse reactions. [Results] The total effective rate was 95.9% in the treatment group and 93.8% in the control group (P> 0.05). Before and after treatment, blood pressure and lipid lowering rate (P <0.05 or 0.01). [Conclusion] Tongxinluo combined with nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of essential hypertension in antihypertensive and lipid-lowering than nifedipine sustained-release tablets curative effect.
