为提高配煤挥发份,我厂今年进行了四个配煤方案的试验,所得焦炭质量良好。考虑到国家对今后几年用煤基地定点的要求,需要继续进行生产试验,以求得合理用煤的方案。同时,为了配合平顶山煤田的调查,对今后使用平顶山煤提供配煤参考数据,在最后三个方案中进行了模拟试验,并与去年的试验结果作了多方面的比较。 (一)试验情况试验在2号焦炉进行,自2月27日至3月24日共计26天,除第七方案生产二天外,其他皆生产了3~5天,焦炉按正常生产制度进行,周转时间规定为18小时,主要采用高炉煤气加热(混入少量焦炉煤气),规定之标准温度,机侧为1180~1185℃,焦侧为1225℃。过去2号炉炉头温度一直偏低,尤其在机侧炉头温度
