目的测定张家港市家蝇对敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯等3种常用杀虫剂的抗药性,根据不同杀虫剂的抗药性水平在张家港市开展有效、科学的灭蝇工作。方法采用点滴法测定家蝇对杀虫剂的半数致死量。结果 2012年张家港市家蝇对上述3种杀虫剂的LD50分别为0.055 6、0.024 2、0.005 6μg/只,抗性倍数分别为4.88、4.84、9.33。张家港市家蝇对敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯均表现为敏感,对溴氰菊酯仍有微弱的抗药性。结论应根据抗药性合理选择杀虫剂,加强抗药性监测,以提高家蝇的防治效果。
Objective To determine the resistance of house flies to dichlorvos, beta-cypermethrin and deltamethrin in Zhangjiagang, and to carry out effective and scientific flies-killing in Zhangjiagang according to the drug resistance of different insecticides. Methods The half-lethal dose of insecticides in houseflies was determined by using the drip method. Results In 2012, the LD50 of housefly in Zhangjiagang were 0.055 6,0.024 and 2,00.00 6 6μg / kg, respectively. The resistance multiples were 4.88, 4.84 and 9.33 respectively. Housefly in Zhangjiagang was sensitive to dichlorvos and beta-cypermethrin, and still had weak resistance to deltamethrin. Conclusion The pesticide should be selected reasonably based on resistance and drug resistance monitoring should be strengthened so as to improve the control effect of housefly.
