本文述及厚壁高压容器主焊缝焊接技术发展的一些动向。窄间隙埋弧焊是这几年出现的一种焊接工艺方向,它既保持着埋弧焊固有的冶金特点,又兼有窄间隙焊接的优点,在理论上和应用实践上都有着厚实的基础。文中着重介绍了窄间隙埋弧焊的焊剂和接头的缺口韧性。文章提到了“线焊接”和“面焊接”的概念,并讨论了厚壁容器主焊缝采用真空电子束焊接的可能性(真空电子束焊接属于“面焊接”)。
This article describes some trends in the development of welding technology for main welds in thick-walled high pressure vessels. Narrow gap submerged arc welding is a welding process in recent years there is a direction, which not only maintains the inherent metallurgical characteristics of submerged arc welding, but also combines the advantages of narrow gap welding, both in theory and practice have a solid foundation . The paper mainly introduces the notch toughness of flux and joint of narrow gap submerged arc welding. The article mentions the concepts of “wire welding” and “face welding” and discusses the possibility of vacuum electron beam welding of the main welds in thick-walled vessels (vacuum electron beam welding belongs to “face welding”).
